Her father’s dedication to excellence greatly influenced her approach to practice development, and she has a keen eye for transforming practices to meet their true potential. Today, she works alongside sister and orthodontist, Dr. Meredith Parks at their legacy practice, Parks Orthodontics.

What if I can't be on a call/miss a training?

All trainings will be recorded. Replays will be available if needed, but live attendance is encouraged.

What if we currently have a consultant working with our team?

Great! Everything your PM will learn will align with and enhance any consulting services you're currently using. IN fact, Let Dino and his team support those other programs by offering accountability and encouraging implementation of their curriculum. Ignite is affordably priced so you can choose both and positions your practice to get an even bigger ROI on your investment into your team.

How much time is required to participate?

Your manager can consume as little or as much as they need. Everything is recorded and available for replay, though being on live is ideal and a great way to get specific questions answered and create friendships among colleagues. There are two scheduled meetings a month, typically on a Tuesday around lunch time, depending on your time zone. The online community is where much of the activity and community engagement will happen, and that's accessible anytime so your manager is always within reach of support and inspiration.
